Volley is in its first stages of development as an online platform and building database. As a company, Volley has produced industry-leading visualizations since its inception. With this robust experience and rich network of clients, Volley is now expanding into a platform for virtual visualizations. In these initial stages of growth for the platform, Volley will need to develop the architecture of the platform. The team will work closely with its large network of developer clients to generate a digital inventory of buildings across the country. These custom VR environments will provide a high-end service for equally luxury-level listings.

The total market opportunity for virtual real estate experiences is vast and largely untapped. The first aspect of the market that we aim to address is the standard for VR experiences of real estate. A high-quality VR standard established by Volley in the first phase of development will lay the groundwork for a future industry standard. By first establishing the highest quality and ensuring the highest value product, Volley will be able to translate this product into a public resource. We see the platform as eventually performing on the level—even technologically outpacing— current industry leaders in the online real estate marketplace.
